RA16 - Vamp Raincoat

This Ladies fit raincoat is based on a 1940’s raincoat, but with a shortened length, creates a more modern feel. This short flowing rainmac has:
-A large voluminous hood
-Velcro fastening at front
-Wide Velcro belt and edge binding to finish
-Small internal pockets
Looks great worn with leggings or jeans.
